Last year, 39 cases of Rabies were reported in the Province of Manitoba. This is a sporadic and fatal disease if not treated and we should use caution with animals that demonstrate unusual behaviours. Kathryn Baldwin, a Communicable Disease Coordinator is on the line with Marlene to share tips for avoiding the risks of rabies.
